University of Nebraska, Lincoln Collegiate Cycling Team Team history and background: UNL Cycling has been around since 2001 and have been a dominate collegiate cycling force ever since! UNL Cycling is a 501 c.3. non-profit organization with an emphasis to introduce the sport of cycling to new members, and to grow existing members to higher ranks. We put on a training camp every fall (Platte River State Park) and spring (Northern California) and participate in trail clean-up events, community bicycle rodeos, and any other cycling related volunteer event that comes our way. We accept riders of all abilities, racing and non, and aim to produce elite level collegiate racers. This year UNL Cycling has started working with Team Kaos Cycling as a development team for a place for collegiate riders to race and continue excelling out of college. We plan on spending time training and learning from them along with racing alongside them this coming season! Past team members Tim Farnham (Adageo Energy Pro Cycling) and Matt Landen (Adageo Energy Pro Cycling) are currently racing in the professional ranks.
