The organizers of the 4th Annual Lincoln Plating Spring Cycling Classic are pleased to announce that the Lance Armstrong Junior Olympic Series events for Juniors 10-12 and 13-14 are FREE for this sunday's Lincoln Plating Spring Cycling Classic criterium.
Pre-registration and applicable one-day license fees are still required.
