Park Improvement Day Scheduled for Branched Oak Lake Print E-mail

Raymond, NE - The Nebraska Game & Parks Commission will take part in the "Take Pride In America Program" with a park improvement day this Saturday, May 3 at Branched Oak Lake near Raymond.

The program is a national partnership established by the U.S. Department of the Interior that encourages and empowers volunteers to improve our parks.

Scheduled activities include boat buoy repair, trail maintenance, litter pick-up, painting, cleaning grills and more. Volunteers are asked to report to the Park Office anytime after 9:00am. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
