Lincoln, NE - Cabin fever? Not here! Beginning Saturday, December 29 and continuing every saturday until further notice, a group stationary bike training ride will be held at  The Cathedral of the Risen Christ Gym located at 3245 S 37th St (37th & Sheridan Blvd) at 7:30am.

Bring your bike, stationary trainer, something to protect the floor from your stand (mat, towel) and maybe a buck or two to throw in the free will donation bucket for lights.  Monsignor Tucker an avid cyclist has made the location available.  He is setting up a big screen to show cycling DVD's and working on having the audio channeled through the PA system.  We have a few DVD's to ride to, for example the 2003 Tour of Flanders, but feel free to bring your favorites to share.  You can come as early as 7:00 to set up, with rides concluding around 9:30am. All riders must be out of the gym 10:00am.  Feel free to come and go as you please during this time frame.

The Gym floor is wood and is in nice shape, please remove your shoes with cleats while walking on the floor.  There are no showers, but water and restrooms will be available.
