State Time Trial Championship Saturday June 17th, Schramm Park State Recreation Area near Gretna between Omaha and Lincoln. The State TT is also part of the Nebraska Rider of the Year.
This year’s course is a single 20 mile loop, starting from a point just West of Schramm State park and proceed North along the gradual slopes of Highway 31. Riders will turn right on Platteview Road and continue East through rolling terrain for six miles to Highway 50 where another right turn will be made. The course then runs south through a straight, flat section for about 3 miles. There will be a sharp turn right at Highway 31. From here it’s only another five miles of gently rolling terrain along the Platte River until the finish line just East of the park.
There will be no race day registration. Online registration is with http://www.velosource.com and is open until Friday June16th 6:00pm The $25 entry fee includes the $2.00 USCF insurance surcharge and $1.00 Nebraska Cycling Association development fund. 1-day licenses will be available for purchase ($10.00), however only annual license only holders are eligible for state championship medals.
Riders must check-in between 7:30-8:30am, and will not be allowed to start without first checking in on race day. Time trials begin at 9:00am with 1 minute increments in assigned start order.

Quick Updates
Starting at 7:30 a.m. Saturday December 20th and continuing this winter when the temps are low, group stationary bike training rides will take place at The Cathedral of the Risen Christ Gym located at 3245 S 37th St, aka 37th & Sheridan Blvd. Bring your bike, stationary trainer, something to protect the floor from your stand (mat, towel) and some change as a free will for lights. Monsignor Tucker has made this location available. We will have a big screen showing cycling DVDs. You can come as early as 7:00 to set up, and we will be ending around 9:30 and out by 10:00. Feel free to come and go as you please during the session.
