The 2005 Nebraska Cyclo-cross Series wraps-up this weekend with the final two races, Saturday, December 17 and Sunday, December 18 at Branched Oak Lake, Area 1 near Raymond. Don't miss out the final races of the 2005 season! The Lincoln Bicycle Company hospitality tent will provide a gathering place for racers and fans to enjoy Wilderness Perk coffee, Planet Earth water, CycleOps fluid trainers for rider warm-ups, food and great music!
Racing begins at 12:00p.m. on Saturday with the Men's A start at 3:00p.m. Sunday's race action kicks-off at 10:00a.m. with the Men's A race at 12:30p.m. $700 in cash prizes will be awarded both days as well as custom medals from Dan Moore of Metal & Art. The annual 'End of the Series Party' will be held at P.O. Pears, 322 South 9th, in downtown Lincoln following Sunday's races. Festivities begin at 6:00pm. Come out for "Burger Madness," a raffle with prizes from Lincoln Bicycle Company, Wilderness Perk and CycleOps as well as the awards ceremony for the top finishers in the Nebraska Cyclo-cross Series Points Competition.
