Antelope Island, Utah — Team Kaos' Mark Brackenbury covered 34 kilometers in 48 minutes and 33 seconds Monday to finish 15th at the 2005 U.S. Men's Masters 40-44 Time Trial Championships near Park City, Utah.
Velosport's Randy Corcoran of Albuquerque, N.M., won with a time of 44:55, which was nearly 1:20 faster than second-place finisher Mark Swartzendruber of Champaign, Ill. Marco Hellman of Kentfield, Calif. was third in 46:47.
Brackenbury next competes on Wednesday in the 53.7-mile road race championships, which go off at 7:15 a.m. |
