Elite cycling squad officially renamed Team Garmin-Chipotle Presented by H30

OLATHE, Kan., - Garmin International Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ:GRMN) , the global leader in satellite navigation, announced today its title sponsorship of Slipstream Sports, an elite cycling team that will be showcasing its dedication to clean competition in one of the biggest events in professional sports: the Tour de France. In tackling the daunting stages of the Tour -- and redefining the face of cycling -- Team Garmin will train and race with the Edge 705 GPS-enabled cycling computer and travel with nuvi 770 personal navigation devices. The sponsorship will extend through 2010 and the entire team -- from kits to cars, will be re-branded for the Tour de France.

Dinkins Turns in Top U.S. Performance with 19th-Place Finish in U23 Women's Cross Country Contest

Trentino, Italy - Jamie Dinkins (Powell, Tenn.) turned in the top American performance on the second day of competition at the 2008 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. After starting 37th, Dinkins moved up 18 spots to finish 19th in the U23 women's cross country contest. Jill Behlen (Boulder, Colo.) and Diedre York (Indio, Calif.) finished 31st and 33rd respectively in the Junior Women's Cross Country race earlier in the day.

National Development Team Rider Places Fifth in Time Trial, Second in Stage Six
 
Santander, Spain.
  - USA Cycling National Development Team athlete Tejay Van Garderen (Fort Collins, Colo.) finished second overall at the Circuito Montañes, an eight-stage UCI 2.2-ranked multi-day race in Spain.  Van Garderen, 19, was competing for his Rabobank Continental squad which also earned the overall team title when the event concluded on Tuesday.

After its First-Ever Relay Medal in 2007, the U.S. Team Finishes Eighth in Italy
 
Trentino, Italy - The United States National Team was hoping to repeat last year's medal winning performance in the Team Relay competition on opening day of the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships, but fell short in the 2008 edition, finishing eighth.
