Due to the hard work and dedication of NORBA promoters and clubs in 2004, NORBA saw an increase in both annual licensed members and NORBA sanctioned events.

Last year USA Cycling announced a new program that would distribute to NORBA promoters/clubs $5 from every full price primary NORBA adult annual racing license sold to members living in their state during the 2004 calendar year. The Gym floor needs to be protected.  Please remove your shoes if they have cleats.
