SWANSON CLEAN-UP SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY |

A trail maintenance day for Swanson Park in Bellevue is scheduled for this Saturday,
March 26. Clean-up will begin at 12:30 pm. Damaging winds have littered the trails fallen trees down that will
require chainsaws to be removed. An additional trail day may be scheduled for Saturday, April
2.

The 2005 road
season is underway with many more fantastic races to come over the next 9 months. Before the season gets too far
along consider saving some time, money and support the Nebraska Cycling Association by purchasing a
USCF annual license. The 2005 season will feature at least 18 USCF races including road, criterium, time
trial and cyclo-cross events. While the cost of an annual license has risen to $60 for 2005, $10 from each annual
license purchased by a Nebraska rider will come back to our local association, the NCA.
Purchasing an
annual license is simple. Go to http://www.usacycling.org and purchase
online or call NCA President, John M. Lefler, Jr. at 402-499-2065 to have a form sent to you. |

PsyCOWpath Pysche-Up Series |

Come be a part of mountain bike history! The Psycowpath Psyche-Up Series debuts races at the two newest trail networks in the metro. Lake Manawa State Park in Council Bluffs and Tranquility Park in Omaha. Both trail systems went through the planning, approval, and building stages recomended by IMBA and spearheaded by T.H.O.R., our local trail club.
The race at Lake Manawa is on April 2nd. [details]
The race at Tranquility race is on April 23rd. [details]
Proceeds from the races will go back to T.H.O.R. to aid in the devlopment and maintenance of all of our trails. Presented by Big Dean Giese and Rabid Dale Rabideau. Hope to see you there.
