JARRETT WINS NORBA NATIONAL IN ARIZONA |

Jarrett finished first in the Expert 35-39 class Arizona NORBA National #2. His weekend included
a 4th place finish in the short track, 4th in the time trial and first in the cross-country event, which
secured his overall victory. Jarrett's teammate and Omaha resident, Greg Shimonek placed 6th in the Expert Men
40-44 cross country event. |

SWANSON CLEAN-UP SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY |

A trail maintenance day for Swanson Park in Bellevue is scheduled for this Saturday,
March 26. Clean-up will begin at 12:30 pm. Damaging winds have littered the trails fallen trees down that will
require chainsaws to be removed. An additional trail day may be scheduled for Saturday, April
2.

Come be a part of mountain bike history! The Psycowpath Psyche-Up Series debuts races at the two newest trail networks in the metro. Lake Manawa State Park in Council Bluffs and Tranquility Park in Omaha. Both trail systems went through the planning, approval, and building stages recomended by IMBA and spearheaded by T.H.O.R., our local trail club.
The race at Lake Manawa is on April 2nd. [details]
The race at Tranquility race is on April 23rd. [details]
Proceeds from the races will go back to T.H.O.R. to aid in the devlopment and maintenance of all of our trails. Presented by Big Dean Giese and Rabid Dale Rabideau. Hope to see you there.
